Oksana Kondratyeva designs and produces architectural glass art and stained glass for historical and contemporary architecture, applying traditional and modern glass processing techniques. Her work brings together an in-depth working knowledge of bespoke design, fine craftsmanship and genuine dialogue with architectural space. Major works include St James School, London; The White House, Wells, Somerset; Kingcombe, Cotswolds, UK.
Kondratyeva works in various art media, including painting and sculpture, and has exhibited at the Mall Galleries, London; National Museum of Ukrainian Decorative Art, Kyiv; Wells Cathedral, and other venues. She holds a PhD in theory of architecture from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture whilst her
papers and articles
on glass, architecture and synthesis of art and science have been published in scholarly and popular journals and presented at international conferences and public institutions worldwide, including University of Cambridge, University of Lisbon,
British Society of Master Glass Painters, Art Workers' Guild, London.
